I’m Brian, the founder of Fuerza Wellness.
My journey into coaching began during a time when I needed to rebuild my strength, confidence, and overall direction in life. Fitness became the place where I found structure, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years in high-stress environments that left me feeling disconnected from myself. Through strength training, better nutrition, and mindset work, I rebuilt my health and developed the discipline and resilience that now shape how I coach others.
Today, I help clients get stronger, move better, build consistency, and reconnect with their confidence. My coaching style is supportive, structured, and realistic — meeting you where you are and guiding you forward with clarity and accountability.
