This policy applies to all coaching programs, services, digital products, and purchases made through www.fuerzawellnesscoach.com or directly with Coach Brian. This policy is not legal advice; it simply reflects how our business operates.

Introduction

At Fuerza Wellness LLC, all coaching programs—whether online, in-person, or hybrid—require time, preparation, and a commitment from both coach and client. Because of the nature of wellness coaching, fitness guidance, and digital program delivery, the following refund policy applies to all purchases:

1. Coaching Services Are Non-Refundable

All coaching services are non-refundable once:

• A program has begun

• An intake session has been completed

• Materials, plans, or access to coaching platforms (such as Trainerize or Cronometer) have been delivered

 
This applies to:

• Online coaching

• In-person training

• Hybrid services

• Month-to-month coaching

• Packaged sessions

• Educational or mindset coaching programs

 
Your payment reserves your coaching time and access, which cannot be reassigned once delivered.
 
2. Missed Sessions, No-Shows, and Late Cancellations

Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are not refundable and may not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed to in advance.
All clients are responsible for following the cancellation policy outlined in their coaching agreement.

3. Digital Products Are Final Sale
All digital downloads, guides, PDFs, training templates, check-in tools, or educational materials are final sale and non-refundable, as they are delivered immediately upon purchase.

4. Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed as agreed.

Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension of services until payment is resolved.
​
Payment plans are not eligible for refunds once services have begun.

5. Billing Errors

6. Exceptions
Refund exceptions are not guaranteed and may be considered only in:

• Cases of documented medical emergency

• Circumstances where no services or materials have yet been delivered
